While our team at Wicked Warnings aims to provide as much information, photos and videos about our products as possible, we understand that sometimes an item may not suit your needs. We will give a full refund if we receive a returned unused item within 14 days from original receipt. To return an item, please fill out our Return/Exchange Form, follow the instructions and send it back with the item. Any product that has been installed or used in any way will not be accepted for return. *Return Shipping is non-refundable. All refunds are in the form of a company check and mailed to the address provided when the order was placed and written in the name of the billing party on the order.
Please note that any custom cut wire or special order items are not returnable for any reason. Any refused delivery will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
To cancel an order, please contact Wicked Warnings within 4 hours after order was placed and we will process the request. Once received, we will process your request and respond within 24 hours with a cancellation confirmation email, at which time a refund will be issued. Your order is not considered cancelled until you receive the cancellation confirmation email and after the 4 hour window orders can not be cancelled. NO order can be cancelled once it has been shipped, only returned using the Return/Exchange form on our site.
Please note that certain items cannot be cancelled for any reason. All *Made-to-Order or *Special Order items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. All light bars or vehicle specific items and other made-to-order items may not be cancelled. Once your order is placed or confirmed these items are immediately forwarded to production at the manufacturer and we do not have the ability to cancel them.
Special Orders and Custom-Built Products
Due to the specific nature of these products, special orders and custom built products are not returnable.

Defective / Warranty Product
In the event that you receive a defective product or experience a warranty issue, Wicked Warnings strives to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure that your defective product is handled within a timely manner.
In some instances, we may need to direct you to the manufacturer for a defective product. In any case, our team will be here to help guide you through the process. NO PRODUCTS will be sent out ahead of any returns due to defect. We understand that receiving a defect may be frustrating, but until the product is returned to Wicked Warnings no replacement can be sent out.
While we try to keep our prices competitive and costs down, please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually shipped within 3 – 5 business days but please allow for 5 – 10 business days for your order to be shipped. Custom orders and custom-built products may also take a bit longer to ship. If an item is needed immediately, please contact us before placing the order to find out if the item is available for express shipping.
Many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and shipping times may vary.
Most in-stock shipping orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking or UPS. Some orders will be sent directly from manufacturers warehouse to speed your delivery. After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your sales receipt and tracking information. Please keep in mind tracking can take up to 3 days to register with the online system once a label is created. Packages normally leave Wicked Warnings every Tuesday and Friday. We do our best to get you the items you need in as little time as possible.
We will generally ship to alternate shipping address such as a place of employment, Government, or Municipal building. We reserve the right to hold an order that has a shipping address in a different state from the billing address. Wicked Warnings reserves the right to request a signature upon delivery of any package. Should you have any questions regarding our Shipping Policy, please contact us before finalizing your order.
When using Paypal, we will only ship to the confirmed PayPal address. If you have moved or need your order shipped elsewhere, it is your responsibility to update your PayPal account. Per PayPal’s policies, we may require a signature upon delivery.
Orders that are shipping outside of the United States will receive an email with a quote for the shipping charge after Wicked Warnings receives your order.
